You have a website. You do not have an address.
The site exists and it works. But its address belongs to the company that built it, ends in a number nobody can remember, and cannot be read out over the phone. Meanwhile the one with your own name on it is sitting there, unregistered.

Difficult dogs
The thing customers actually name is the hardest thing to advertise.
Across the reviews, one theme comes up again and again, and it is not haircuts — it is handling dogs that are difficult to handle. Anybody with a nervous, elderly, or badly-behaved dog knows exactly how rare that is, and will drive a long way for it.
“I’ve long been looking for a reliable groomer for my fur baby — so hard to find.”
A customer, five months ago
None of those three phrases appears on the salon’s own site. They exist only inside other people’s reviews, where somebody has to already be looking.
The week
Three different closing times, and no two days quite the same.
Tuesday starts an hour and a quarter later and finishes an hour early. Thursday finishes an hour early too. Everything else runs from a quarter to nine until three.
Irregular hours are the single easiest thing to get wrong as a customer — and grooming is booked in advance, by people arranging a morning around it. A table like this one, on a page anybody can find, is worth more than any photograph of a tidy dog.
